Makena Coast Charters prioritizes safety above all. Therefore, the following guidelines are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

• Pregnant women are not allowed.
• Participants must be capable of moderate-to-advanced physical activity.
• Snorkelers must be at least 10 years old.
• Persons with recent surgical procedures are prohibited.
• Individuals with chronic serious existing back or neck conditions cannot book.
• Guests must be able to climb a vertical boat ladder.
• No unaccompanied minors under the age of 15.
• Legal minors aged 17 or younger require waivers signed by a legal guardian.
• Non-swimmers are restricted to the boat.

Cancellation Policy

To be eligible for a refund, it is necessary to provide a notice of cancellation at least 72 hours in advance. The only exception to this policy is if a note from a local doctor is provided.
