Avoid high-altitude activities (e.g., helicopter rides, Haleakala trips) or flights within 24 hours of your dive.

Medical Safety Precautions

Your safety is the top priority at Extended Horizons. Before diving, all guests must complete a medical questionnaire to ensure they’re fit to dive. A ‘yes’ answer to any question below will disqualify a guest from diving.
