Northshore Zipline Important Guidelines

Reservations are necessary to secure your spot. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and it is essential to wear athletic shoes that can be laced up. The weight range for joining the activities is between 40 and 270 lbs. Individuals who are pregnant, have back or neck problems, or have had recent surgeries are advised against participating in these activities.

Tips for Your Hawaii Zip Line Adventure

We highly recommend scheduling your zipline adventure in the morning before noon to avoid traffic. Bring a light jacket for comfort and remember, the harness assembly used for smaller children is attached to the guide for added safety.

Cancellation Policy

A refund can be obtained by providing a 72-hour notice, except if a note from a local doctor is presented. If you fail to show up, the full charge will apply. However, cancellations for North Shore Zipline activities due to inclement weather will be eligible for a 100% refund.
