Cancellation Policy

A minimum notice period of 5 days is necessary for refund requests, except in cases where a medical note from a local doctor is provided. Full charges will be incurred for “no-shows”. Cancellations due to weather conditions by Mountain Riders will be eligible for a 100% refund.

Tips for Your Bicycle Tour

When you reach an altitude of 10,000 feet around 5:00 a.m., it can get quite chilly. That’s why it’s recommended to dress in layers. While the Mountain Riders provide windbreaker pants, a jacket, gloves, and a helmet from Columbia Sportswear, you may not need all of them during the descent down the mountain. So, be prepared and adjust your clothing accordingly.
