• Carrying capacity: Ability to carry at least 15 pounds.
• Minor participation: Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Height requirement: Participants should be a minimum of 4′ tall.
• Health restrictions: Pregnant women and individuals with broken bones or recent surgeries are not permitted.
• Footwear requirement: Lace-up athletic shoes or hiking boots are mandatory for participation.
