As a result of the implementation of new commercial vehicle codes starting from January 1st, 2018, access to Haleakala National Park is restricted for this Maui tour. Instead, the adventure commences at the park’s entrance located at an elevation of 6500 feet. The bikes we offer are comfortable Workman and Schwinn cruiser-style bicycles, featuring “Ultra brakes” for an enjoyable and secure riding experience. It’s important to note that the guidelines and policies for our activities are set by the underwriting insurance company, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

Bicycle Ride Guidelines & Reservation Details

• No expecting mothers
• Must be a competent bike rider
• Maximum Weight: 290 lbs
• Closed-toed shoes & long pants are required

Cancellation Policy

A refund can be requested with a 72-hour notice, except in cases where a note from a local doctor is provided. If you fail to show up for the activity, the full charge will apply. However, cancellations due to weather conditions by Maui Mountain Cruisers will be fully refundable.
