Important Trail Ride Guidelines

• No children under 7 are allowed.
• No expecting mothers.
• Weight limit: 230 pounds.
• Long pants and closed-toed shoes are required.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum notice of 72 hours is necessary to request a refund unless accompanied by a medical note from a local doctor. Guests who do not show up for their Activities will be charged the full amount. However, cancellations due to weather conditions by Mendes Ranch will be eligible for a 100% refund.

Tips for a Comfortable Ride

• West Side Riders: Do not enter the GPS until you have passed through the Pali. The route to reach Mendes Ranch is through Central Maui. Avoid the North end of the Island due to its narrow and windy road.
• Wear long pants and closed-toed shoes for a comfortable ride. Blue jeans and running shoes are ideal choices.
