This historic cove is an out of the way hidden gem. Excellent snorkeling in a cove that is full of vibrant colors and sea life. Has bathrooms and showers. Not much parking sho if you go try to go early for a bbq and a day of getting in this bay. Has a little beach for entering the water, bring chairs as there is no place to sit. Aloha

Great beach in South Maui. We visited late in day for a quick snorkel to check out our scuba masks before our dive the next day. Beach is on the small side but wasn’t crowded. The surrounding park had restrooms and outdoor showers...and plenty of space for sitting to ocean watch or sun.Very easy in and out for swimming or snorkeling, but visibility not great and marine life was sparse.

Best snorkelling and scuba diving on Maui, I swear. Underwater caves with reef sharks, sea turtles almost as big as a smart car and awesome life lurking around, plus it's not too crowded. Also a nice grassy park to set up a beach chair and hang out.

Great place to go snorkeling. Beach is perfect size. Somewhat quite and not to busy. Great place to see some turtles and all kinds of fish. The coral is supper cool. The fish love to hang out in it. When we went snorkeling, the water was very calm which was perfect. Put this place on your bucket list for sure.

Simply amazing snorkel and diving location. The ocean floor is sand and is great for first time divers to get their bearings on things. The reef is vibrant and alive with wildlife. We went in December where the whales come to migrate. You can hear them singing below the surface. Plenty of sea turtles swimming in the water, too. Small today bathrooms and showers present as well.

If you're a scuba diver or snorkeler this is a great place to go and explore and sea turtles possibly some white tip sharks and some of the caves. Not a deep dive but a good check out place if you're planning on doing any bigger Dives. Easy parking and showers to clean your equipment off. Very popular get there early
