  • Q: I have a group of 6, are there additional discounts?

Answer: In most cases we are bound by are contracts in what we have to give away. We do have a variety of offline promotions that provide deeper discounts, but they are for certain vendors only.

  • Q: Can I wait until I arrive to book my activities?

Answer: It would be a shame to use your vacation time on Maui planning activities. Most activities book well in advance. Booking your scheduled events before you arrive allows you to enjoy all of your vacation.

  • Q: I am doing several activities with you, are there additional discounts?

Answer: In most cases we are bound by are contracts in what we have to give away. We do have a variety of offline promotions that provide deeper discounts, but they are for certain vendors only.

  • Q: How far is the activity from my resort?

Answer: That depends on the activity and where you are staying. We will send you a set of driving directions that provide the estimated drive time.

  • Q: Do I need a car?

Answer: Yes. Public transportation does not work in many cases. Taxis are more expensive than renting a car. Besides having a car allows you to see more of the Island.

  • Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: See the “Things To Know Tab on any activity page for that activity’s cancellation policy. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for most events. Some are 72 hours prior to the check-in for the activity. One day tours are non-refundable at the time of the booking. There is a 15% cancellation fee for all other activities once we process the credit card provided for payment.

  • Q: What time do I need to be at the activity?

Answer: In most cases there is a 30 minute prior to the activity time for check-in. Some are 45 minutes. The check-in time will be noted in your voucher and is included on the More Info Tab for each activity.

  • Q: What time is the activity over?

Answer: That depends of the activity. Most snorkel charters are 5 hours from the departure time to return. Luaus are a little over 3 hours and Whale Watching Tours take 2 hours. Check the More Info Tab for the completion time for your activity.

  • Q: Can I bring a wheel chair on the boat?

Answer: No, charter boats are not required to adhere to the disability act. Because the boat moves with the ocean currents, wheelchairs pose a safety risk for the guest.

  • Q: How do I get my tickets?

Answers: In most cases vouchers are delivered electronically to your inbox. Our policy is to process your vouchers the day we receive your reservation. All you have to do is print them out. It is possible to pay in cash for your activities. You need to specify that to the booking agent to make that arrangement.

  • Q: How do I find the activity location?

Answer: For any event that requires you to leave your resort, we will send you a detailed set of driving directions.

  • Q: What happens if it rains?

Answer: It rains somewhere on Maui every day. That doesn’t mean it will be raining where your activity is. Most activities are not affected by rain. If the vendor cancels due to rain, we will try to reschedule the activity. If that doesn’t work we will refund it 100%.

  • Q: What happens if the vendor cancels the activity?

Answer: We will first try and reschedule the activity. If that doesn’t work, we will refund the ticket 100%

  • Q: I don’t know how to swim, can I still go snorkeling?

Answer: Yes, all charter boats carry noodles, boogie boards and life vests. All are free to use.

  • Q: Can I bring my baby on the parasailing boat?

Answer: No. Insurance companies won’t issue a policy to the vendor for infants on high speed thrill boats.

  • Q: I am already on the Island and don’t have a printer to print tickets, what can I do?

Answer: That’s okay. You can use your smart phone or tablet to show the ticket. We can also fax a copy of your ticket to your resort.

  • Q:Do you have Kamaaina discounts?

Answer: No, the tickets are already discounted as low as is possible.

  • Q: Can we still go on the ziplines if we’re over or under the weight limitations?

Answer: No. Insurance companies impose strict limitations on the zipline course vendors. The heavier a person is, the faster they go. It creates a faster landing which the guide may not be able to control safely. Underweight people can get stuck on the zipline which can result in unsafe rescue operations.

  • Q: Can I swim with the dolphins?

Answer: No. The dolphins are a federally protected, endangered species. It is illegal to swim with dolphins on Maui.

  • Q: Can I rent a bike and bike down the mountain?

Answer: We don’t recommend that. Remember, you have to get to the top of Haleakala to bike down. Getting back to your car would be a problem.

  • Q: Are there sharks at the snorkel sites?

Answer: No. There are no sharks at Molokini or any other snorkel location that the charter boats go to.
